POLI-FLEX NYLON is a heat transfer flex film for garment lettering on textiles made of nylon. The self-adhesive carrier allows repositioning and gives the flex film great weeding properties. The POLI-FLEX NYLON film is free of harmful substances is soft and has a pleasant feel whilst wearing. The POLI-FLEX NYLON can be cut with all good vinyl cutters, we recommend the use of a 35 – 45 ° blade.

After positioning on the textile the POLI-FLEX NYLON is transferred for about 4 seconds, the liner is peeled off while the film is tepid and the flex film is then pressed at the same temperature for a further 10 – 15 seconds.

The POLI-FLEX NYLON is a polyurethane flex film with 100 µ, the retro reflective REFLEX NYLON is 180 µ thick and fully meets the requirements of the EN 471 Class 2.

The POLI-FLEX NYLON flex film is washable up to 40 °C.
